Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
Rice paper
Rice noodles (or bean thread)
Char Siu sauce
Hoisin sauce
Plum sauce
Pork
Shrimp
Basil, sweet
Bean sprouts

Prep Work:
Fry pork in Char Siu Sauce, refrigerate
Boil shrimp, refrigerate
Boil noodles (2-3 minutes), refrigerate
Mix hoisin and plum sauce 50/50 for diping

Assembly:

Dip rice paper in very hot water (in large shallow pan), 30 seconds - 1 minute

Lay out paper

Add noodes, sprouts, port, shrimp and basil.

Roll 'em up
