Smoothie

This is a yummy and healthy drink.

 

3/4 cup mixed fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup juice (any will do)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt or 1/2 banana

Mix ingriediants in a blender and mix for 1 minute.  Enjoy.
