I've had this one for a while. It's great fun with the kids and the seeds are really good.
pumpkin seeds, lots of them, very clean and dry!
popcorn salt, the very fine stuff
In a bowl, toss seeds with the oil and salt to taste. Use the minium oil necessary to very lightly coat all the seeds. Add salt slowly, too much is yucky, but it does take a bit. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet in a preheated 250f overn for 60 - 75 minutes or until golden and crisp.
