Pico de Gallo

One of David's greatest. Fresh tomatoes make a huge difference. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so before eating, if you can.

3 large tomatoes, chopped up with the seeds and skin removed
3/4 of an onion
2 Tbs cilantro
2 jalapinios
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp cumin
