Parmesean Chicken

Jeanne Hill gave me this reipe for the web site and I've been amazed at how good it is.   It's also great with pork chops.  Produces a very moist meat.

Chicken breasts
Bread crumbs
Parmesean cheese (freashly grated)
Melted butter

Mix equal amounts of bread crumbs and cheese.  Dip chicken in the melted butter then roll in bread crumb and parmesean cheese mix. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.
