Leg of Lamb

The cream and lemon juice work to tenderize the lamb wonderfully. This is also good with pork.  Another of Davids.

leg of lamb, cubed
heavy cream, enough to cover
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
3 Tbs fresh rosemary
3 Tbs fresh mint
1 Tbs olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic

Mix it all up, marinate 2 to 3 hours, covered in the fridge. Skewer with onions, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Grill.
